General Information
- All Sites have sewer, water, and electricity. ( 3 point hook up)
- All sites have hard line telephone.
- Call CL-Tel for phone service, if you wish @ 641-357-2111
- Cable is also available with telephone service.
- The daily rate is $ 25.00 for party of two.
- $ 2.00 per extra person, babies are people too.
- Monthly rate is $ 400.00 Plus electricity (party of four).
- Seasonal rate is $1600.00 Plus electricity (party of four).
- Electricity is based on usage and is paid monthly.
Holidays and special weekends
- Memorial Day and Labor Day are a three-day weekend, and is prepaid in full two weeks in advance.
- July fourth begins on the first thru the fourth, and is prepaid in full two weeks in advance.
- No refunds unless reservaton is canceled at least fourteen days in advance.
Pet Policy
- No barking, attack, or aggressive pets of any size.
- No large pets.
- All pets must be on a leash.
- Pets are not permitted in any buildings.
- Pets are not to be left unattended.
- Pet owners are responsible for sanitary disposal of pet waste.
Ice is available from the machine located on the front side of the bathhouse.
All RVs, trailers, park models, motor homes, etc. must be 15 years or newer and subject to our approval, no homemade conversion RVs will be accepted.
